The program for the Corporate Culture was developed from Douglas Marketing Group's work with brand and culture building. Developing the creative process in corporations and companies provides a big picture approach that allows the team to become invested in the culture. Teaching the creative process provides a tool that fuels innovation and solution driven behaviours. Given the current economy, finding new ways to apply creative thinking to partnership development, brand diversification, cost saving ideas, green environment application are just a sample how the team benefits and ultimately the culture.
